Our skin does so much for us, shouldn’t we give back and treat it to nourishing maintenance? That’s just what regular facials do! Facials not only benefit how your skin looks and feels, they can also help you relax mentally and so much more. Here are just a few ways facials can benefit you.
- Relieve Stress
Facials not only make you look like a million bucks, they can also help to reduce anxiety and relieve stress. The gentle massage and luxurious creams and cleansers relax the senses, nerves and muscles. The face contains pressure points that connect with the rest of the body, so experiencing a facial is really like getting a full-body massage!
- Reduce Skin Ailments
We all experience the occasional skin flare-up, and for some of us skin issues can be chronic. Whatever you are experiencing, facials can help correct skin conditions like acne and maskne (common for facial mask users) through deep cleaning, massage, masks, the right products and treatments.
- Hydrate the Skin
Not only do facials improve, rejuvenate and help maintain the health of our skin’s surface, they also offer a dose of deep hydration. This is especially important if you live in a dry climate (like Colorado), where simply applying a daily moisturizer just isn’t enough.
- Slow Down Premature Aging
Getting older is inevitable, but that doesn’t mean we have to look our age. Facials help to slow the signs of premature aging and reduce fine lines around our eyes and mouth and those wrinkles no one wants.
- Give Skin a Glow-Up
With all the pollution and toxins in the air it’s no wonder our skin can become dry and damaged no matter how much we moisturize. Getting a regular facial can act as a barrier to those toxins and keep our skin glowing, allowing it to do its job and keep the elements at bay.
- Exfoliate
Facials gently exfoliate the skin which helps to stimulate circulation, remove dead skin cells, oxygenate, increase cell turnover and give the skin a general glowing and youthful appearance.
Make a regular facial an important piece of your wellness plan. Treating your skin once or twice a month to a soothing facial offers so many benefits for just a little time. Schedule one today. Need a recommendation? Contact ClayLove and we’ll help!

Thank you for explaining that facials can help to slow the signs of aging. I’ve been noticing that my skin is changing as I get older and I’ve been wondering if there’s anything I can do to reduce any of that without fillers. I’ll be sure to look into facials some more since it seems like it could get me what I’m looking for. http://www.rnamedicalaesthetics.com/skin-rejuvenation#HydraFacial
I liked that you said that facials offer a dose of deep hydration to maintain the health of our skin’s surface. With this in mind, I will be sure to visit a medical spa center next Friday. My friends have been telling me that my skin looks dry, so I want to find a way to achieve glowing skin. https://www.regenesismd.com/
